Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99.00.
International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking Once your order has been delivered you will receive an email stating that it has been delivered.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shop.myartisan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
