Requesting a Wax Refresh?

Please include:

• Your bag type: bread, snack, or mini-snack
• Whether you have already used its complimentary refresh (it’s fine if you’re unsure)
• A brief description of your bag’s condition

Please contact us before mailing your bag. We’ll confirm whether a refresh is suitable, any applicable service pricing, and shipping instructions.
