Artisan products are handmade for everyday reuse. A little gentle care will help them stay useful and beautiful for as long as possible.

Waxed Bread, Snack, and Mini-Snack Bags

• Shake out crumbs after each use.
• Wipe clean with cool water and a small amount of mild dish soap when needed.
• Air-dry completely before storing or using again.
• Keep away from hot water, dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, direct heat, and prolonged sunlight.
• Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, abrasive scrubbers, and wringing or twisting.

Waxed bags are best for bread, baked goods, dry snacks, sandwiches, fruit, and similar everyday foods. For food safety, do not use them with raw meat or very hot foods.

Reversible Cotton Bowl Covers

• Wash with like colors using a gentle cycle and cool water.
• Air-dry when possible to help preserve the fabric and elastic.
• If ironing is needed, use an appropriate cotton setting and avoid direct heat on the elastic.

Jar Covers

• Gently wash in cool water with like colors.
• Reshape and air-dry before placing the cover back on a jar.

Complimentary Wax Refresh

Every eligible Artisan waxed bag includes one complimentary Wax Refresh to help extend its useful life. When the wax coating looks worn or the fabric no longer feels as protective, contact us before sending anything. We will confirm eligibility and provide the current refresh instructions.
